These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Calorie AI, operated by Delta Metrics. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Calorie AI on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Not medical advice
Calorie AI provides general nutrition and wellness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a physician, dietitian, or other qualified health professional. AI-generated estimates and suggestions may be inaccurate. Consult a healthcare provider before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an eating disorder.
Subscriptions & billing
- Calorie AI is free to start. Calorie AI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($49.99), with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Metrics is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
